College, Career, and Life Readiness

Throughout high school, students will be using Naviance as a platform to prepare themselves for postsecondary success!  Each grade level will focus on different tasks, but all lessons will be focused on some aspect of academic or career development.

Naviance helps students understand their unique strengths, connect their interests to careers, set goals, and develop self-knowledge and personal motivation.

During 9th grade, students will complete the following tasks:

• Complete freshman transition survey

• Create one academic SMART goal

• Complete career interest profiler

During 10th grade, students will complete the following tasks:

• Explore Roadtrip Nation

• Complete career cluster finder and add career clusters to favorites list

• Create a postsecondary goal
